Melba-Linda Schertler, a native of Australia has worked in the language and communication training field since 1971. Today Melba is a qualified and internationally recognized NLP Coach, NLP Master Practitioner (ITS, London), and Intercultural Practitioner (Intercultural Communication Institute, Portland, Or., USA). Last summer Melba completed her Leadership & Horses program in America where she was certified as an Equine Guided Educator (Level1 ) by the EGE Association.
Melba formed her first language school in 1986 and in 1999, together with an Irish trainer, her present company, International Business English Ltd., (IBE), headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
IBE has earned a reputation for excellence in the fields of Consulting & Coaching and English for Special Purposes (ESP). IBE has concentrated on the IT, pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries.
